Advising Strategy + Training Events Calendar

Introducing the Advising Strategy + Training Events Calendar!

Effective January 2023, we are excited to announce the launch of our Advising Strategy + Training Program Events Calendar! Rather than sending out individual bCal invites for each of our events, we will begin publishing all of our program events - including Advancing Practice workshop sessions, Advising Circles, community care events, and more - to the AS+T Events Calendar. 

We invite you to add this calendar to your own bCal so that you know about all upcoming events as soon as we plan them! Follow these steps to add the calendar to your bCal:

1. Open up your own bCal (bcal.berkeley.edu)
2. Scroll down to view Other Calendars in the left-hand sidebar menu and click the plus (“+”) sign to Add Other Calendars
3. Paste the following calendar ID into the text box area and click enter or add: c_hth706qqbf5555flkgi1op9gq4@group.calendar.google.com
4. The AS+T Events calendar will now show up in your Other Calendars list when enabled!

You can also access the AS+T Events Calendar using the browser link if you would prefer to view it individually.

Please note that the AS+T Events Calendar will be visible via the browser link only to CalNet authenticated users in order to protect the Zoom information for our program events.
