Advising Strategy + Training’s Equity-Oriented Advising & Coaching Program is a highly-participatory professional development program that will support your practice as an equity-oriented advisor and coach, incorporating self-reflection, continuous learning, and approaches to mitigating bias in all aspects of our work.
