Personal Writing for Self-Care

What a year this has been. 

As 2020 nears its end, so many of us are feeling overwhelmed and exhausted and have had no time to simply slow down and reflect on our lives and experiences. 

Today’s session is just for YOU and your emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. During our time together, we will practice using a variety of personal writing exercises as a way of tuning in to our inner voice of wisdom and creativity. In a spacious and supportive environment, we'll explore our own inner resources and sources of sustenance. For the introverts among us: there will likely be breakout groups so that we can connect on a more personal level but you will not be required to share and you will not be asked to read aloud anything you’ve written! Please bring paper and something to write with.
