Learn more about the new chatbot tool implemented by Student Affairs. The artificially intelligent chatbot handles questions related to Financial Aid, Registration, REC Sports, Billing and Payment and had 1500+ conversations during the first week of going live.

Presenter: Luis Rodriguez currently serves as the Director of Cal Student Central. He is new to UC Berkeley but not to the OneStop concept. Before coming to Berkeley he worked at Florida International University (FIU), where he was a founding member of their OneStop. He holds a bachelor's degree and law degree, both from FIU.
