Planning for our transition to the upcoming fall semester may be stressful for staff and students. Before you help students navigate the uncertainty and logistics of their return to campus, we urge you to take this time for yourself to make sure you are supported and have the resources you need.
Learn about the various aspects of the Be Well at Work program for faculty/staff, including the Ergonomic, Employee Assistance, Work/Life, and Wellness programs. Utilize these free campus resources to support yourself and make your work more sustainable to prevent burnout. After the overview of services there will be an opportunity to ask questions of our panelists.
